***Policy Reminders***

 

Customer Pick Up Terms: 

  1. Client or client representative must present their Photo ID and sign the rental contract at the time of pick up. 
  2. Please ensure you bring the appropriate size vehicle and straps to secure your items.  
  3. Client is responsible for loading and unloading the items. Please ensure you bring the appropriate help to load and unload your items.
  4. If you wish to have our staff load for you, a loading/unloading fee will be applied to your order and you must set an appointment pick up. This service may not be available for same day requests.

Regular Weekend---

Friday pick up window: 8:30am-4:00pm

Monday return window: 8:30am-4:00pm


*Items returned after 5:00pm will result in late fees of a minimum $35.00 and up to 1 days rental for every day the items are late. 


For holiday week/weekend pick up and return times, please consult your sales rep. 


Ordering and Payment Policy:


All food/product orders must be prepaid at the time the order is placed. Please allow a minimum of 3 business days for popcorn, cotton candy, snocone syrup, and slushie mixes to be processed. Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for apple orders to be processed. We make all items fresh to order, therefore walk in availability is not guaranteed.


Rental orders must be placed in advance (availability varies by event date). No walk-ins, please. Rental orders under $100 are required to be pre-paid in full at the time the order is placed. Rental orders over $100 require a 50% non refundable down payment to reserve with the remaining balance due at the time of pick up. If your order is a delivery, pre-payment is due in full 30 days prior to your delivery date. There are no refunds on pre-paid rentals. 


We accept Cash, Check (30 days prior to event date), and Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). Card payments are charged 3% processing fee.
